Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at the Holiday Inn, I found it a mixed experience for business travelers. The hotel features 19 meeting rooms, accommodating small meetings to larger conventions-a practical advantage for any corporate retreat. While the staff was generally helpful, my interaction with reception felt lacking; Timely follow-up on a significant issue was absent. The wireless internet in public areas facilitated a seamless remote working experience, which was essential. The room was decent; However, the shower had a late-night leak that required staff intervention without any follow-up the next morning. While the hotel has potential, improvements to guest relations and maintenance are essential for a more reliable business travel experience.
